I launched my career as an intern and sole Marketer for a tri-state law firm and real estate brokerage in Portsmouth, Ohio where I quickly moved up the ropes and served as the Marketing Director.

In my time there, I executed and oversaw all marketing/PR efforts. In addition, I set and managed the overall marketing budget for these businesses.

After deciding it was time to take the next step, I joined UC Health as a Social Media Consultant.

I was able to quickly make an impact as we exceeded fiscal year engagement goals in addition to strategizing content around a high-profile patient that made global headlines.

After two years with UC Health, I wanted to take on a new challenge in an exciting industry by becoming the Social Media Manager for Great Parks of Hamilton County.

I continuously look for innovative ways to allow brands connect with their audiences in a meaningful way while establishing everlasting relationships and communities along the way.

Social Media Manager / Great Parks of Hamilton County / April 2023 - Present

  • 2023 YoY impressions increased by 70%. YoY engagements increased by 45%, YoY video views increased by 220% and YoY followers grew by 11%.

  • Implemented internal social media policy for all employees.

  • Implemented a crisis communications plan for social media.

  • Implemented influencer strategy with content creators including Drue Chrisman, Victoria Azarenka of the Women’s Tennis Association and other local, outdoor creators.

  • Implemented organic social media campaign around the launch of a park passport. The influencer marketing component was able to produce over 200,000 impressions within the first two months of launch without spending any advertising dollars.

  • Implemented departmental integrated marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals outlined in the Great Parks Master Plan which was created in partnership with Hamilton County residents.

Social Media Consultant / UC Health / March 2021 - April 2023

  • Led and strategized social media content around a high-profile patient which yielded 33 million impressions and 2.5 million engagements in a two-month period.

  • Surpassed fiscal year 21 engagement goals by 36%.

  • Grew fiscal year 23 engagements 26% when compared to FY22.

  • Surpassed fiscal year 22 LinkedIn engagement goals by 174%.

  • Implemented regular social reporting and by service line.

  • Implemented channel strategy for social content.

  • Grew Facebook followers by 15% from 2021 to 2022.

  • Supported photo, video, and graphic design teams with content generation.

  • Consistently surpassed monthly client acquisition goals.

  • New clients in 2019 grew by %15 from the previous year.

  • Implemented digital strategy in overall Marketing efforts while overseeing a budget of over $500,000.

  • Handled several social media accounts and ran paid advertisements for one of the largest businesses in the tri-state region.

  • Implemented campaigns in response to COVID-19 which resulted in a 150% increase in page follows and likes, 66% increase in page views while page engagement increased by 58%.

  • Implemented paid social and Google PPC advertising strategy.
